  • 1 cup cottage cheese 2% or 4%
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  • Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and optional herbs until smooth.
  • Spread onto pan, about 8x10 inches.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
