Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese​
  • 2 large eggs​
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder​

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning​
  • ¼ teaspoon salt​
  • Optional fillings: sliced turkey spinach, tomatoes, avocado

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.​
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Blend until smooth.​
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.​
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wrap is set and lightly golden.​
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.​
  • Carefully peel the wrap off the parchment paper.​
  • Add your desired fillings, roll up the wrap, slice, and serve.
