- 2 large eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wrap is set and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Carefully peel the wrap off the parchment paper.
Add your desired fillings, roll up the wrap, slice, and serve.
