  • 8 oz 227 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp 42 g honey
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch ground cinnamon
  • Optional: pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

Beat the Cream Cheese

  • Place the room-temperature cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and fluffy.

Add Honey & Flavorings

  • Add the honey, vanilla extract (if using), cinnamon, and sea salt. Continue to beat until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.

Transfer & Serve

  • Spoon the spread into an airtight jar or container. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour for a firmer texture.
