  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese preferably small curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Parchment paper​

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).​
  • Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.​
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese with onion powder if using.​
  • Form Chips: Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.​
  • Flatten and Season: Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to form thin, round chips. Sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning.​
